We ship all orders through Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
- Delivery time is 1-3 working days for parcel delivery with online tracking.
- We ship within the United Kingdom only.
- Orders placed before 3 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. You will receive your parcel within 1-3 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Highlands and Islands this could be an extra day.
- Orders placed on a Friday (after 3 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
- Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday(in some areas Sunday including).
- You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.

*Please note that in the event of Royal Mail Strikes/Non-working times and adverse weather conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery times and we cannot refund any orders that have already been despatched/ordered, until they arrive with you. In the event of a lost/wrongfully delivered parcel, we will only be able resend the order.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@perfumeszagzodiak.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is liable for return postage unless we have sent incorrect item/s.
We do not accept returns of Gift Cards, on sale items or samples.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, samples or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
